Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately using our contact details.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us via email or phone/WhatsApp

  • Provide your order details

  • Return the product by visiting our location or shipping it back to us

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Any sealed items or accessories must remain unopened

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required

Items will not be accepted if:

  • They are used, damaged, or altered

  • Packaging is missing or damaged

  • Tags, labels, or seals are removed or tampered with

  • Any parts or accessories are missing

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection. If approved:

  • The item will be exchanged, or

  • A credit note will be issued, valid for 45 days

Please note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping Responsibility

  • All return and exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer

  • For international orders, any custom duties, taxes, or re-import charges will be the customer’s responsibility

Sale & Discounted Items

All products purchased on sale or promotional discount are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any warranty on discounted products will be subject to company discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us immediately with photos or videos as proof

  • After verification, we will arrange for repair or replacement
